STEP BY STEP
Step 1: Get the Velocity Grill started a MEDIUM-HIGH to HIGH while you prepare the corn.
Step 2: Grate the Cojita Cheese - once it is grated, add the cheese, with the chili powder, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until thoroughly blended together.
Step 3: Add the husked corn to the grilling surface and rotate them for 10-15 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking.
Step 4: Once the corn has been grilled, take them off the grill and apply the mixture generously to the entire surface of the corn.
Step 5: Apply the garlic and cilantro to taste after the mixture has been added.
