INGREDIENTS

4 ARTISAN BUNS 1 BURGER PRESS 4 - 1/4 THICK FRESH MOZZARELLA SLICES 2 WHOLE ROASTED RED PEPPERS
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE OLIVE OIL 1 CUP SOUR CREAM 1/2 CUP GREEK YOGURT
1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 LB GROUND BEEF
1 TSP ONION POWDER  LEMON JUICE TO TASTE
LETTUCE 4 - 1/4 IN SLICES OF TOMATO
LIME JUICE TO TASTE
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER

STEP BY STEP

Step 1: Split your pound of ground beef into 4 - 1/4 pound sections for each burger. From there, split each 1/4 pound into a 1/4 and 3/4 portion for each burger. Grab one of the roasted red peppers and slice it into thin slices to place into each burger patty.

Step 2: With the 3/4 portion, place it into the burger press and get a patty formed. Once the patty is formed, use your finger to indent the middle of the burger to create a hole for the mozzarella slice and roasted red pepper slices. Repeat this for all four burger patties.

Step 3: Add in the mozzarella slices and roasted red pepper slices - then put the rest of the ground beef on top of the stuffing and make sure it's completely sealed. Apply olive oil, salt, and pepper to the outside of the entire burger.

- Once the burgers are ready, start the Velocity Grill at SEAR so that it will be ready for you when you start to cook.

Step 4: In a blender, first add the remaining roasted red pepper, sour cream, mayonnaise, and greek yogurt. Blend these ingredients together. Once they are smooth add the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, and lime juice and blend again for up to 30 seconds.

Step 5: Once the sauce is prepared, place the burgers on the grilling surface and flip after 5 minutes on that side. Once you have flipped the burger, leave the burger on for another 4 minutes. Keep flipping in one minute intervals until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

Step 6: Once the burgers are done, place them on a plate and add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste before placing on the buns.

Step 7: Add the lettuce and tomato and then pour on the roasted red pepper sauce.

Step 8: Enjoy!
